This pair of shadow boxes, titled
Gas Passer 1 and Gas Passer 2, was commissioned for two anesthesiologists.
Each figure is wearing light blue operating room scrubs (as each of them
actually wear to work) with their hand pointing toward the gas tank of
their choice. I was given a bag full of "flip off" tops to play
with - the actual bottle tops from the anesthetic drugs - so I decided
to use them in a fun polka dot design in the background of each box. If
you look close enough, you can see that the red tops read "Paralyzing
Agent" in white letters. Below is a detail of Gas Passer 2.
